Workshop

Hardware Workshop

Our hardware workshop, covering an area of 1,440 square meters, is equipped with approximately 140 machines, including 44 punching machines and 18 drilling machines. The workshop is staffed by over 40 skilled employees and specializes in manufacturing precision metal components for outdoor products such as trekking poles, snowshoes, and other outdoor gear. These high-quality components are crucial for the performance and durability of our products.

Injection Workshop

Our plastic injection workshop spans 1500 square meters and is equipped with 123 machines, including 22 injection molding machines, 21 robotic arms, and 5-axis robotic arms. With a team of 17 employees, the workshop focuses on producing high-precision plastic components for our outdoor products, such as trekking pole handles, snowshoe straps, and other essential parts. The advanced machinery ensures high-quality production with excellent efficiency.

Aluminum Hardware Workshop

Our aluminum hardware workshop covers an area of 1,356.48 square meters and is equipped with 44 machines, including 15 instrument lathes. The workshop is staffed by a team of 10 employees and specializes in the production of precision instruments and components, such as the shrinking tubes used to connect parts of trekking poles, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability in our outdoor products.

Printing Workshop

Our printing workshop covers an area of 1,356.48 square meters and is equipped with 50 machines, including 12 tube printing machines and 9 flatbed printing machines. The workshop employs 17 skilled staff members and specializes in printing high-quality designs on various components for outdoor products, ensuring precision and durability in every print.

Poles-assembly Workshop

Our poles-assembly workshop covers an area of 2,796.48 square meters and is equipped with specialized production lines for assembling high-quality trekking poles Nordic walking poles, Alpine poles Cross-country poles etc. The workshop features 4 assembly lines. With a team of 48 skilled employees, we prioritize precision and efficiency to ensure every pole meets the highest standards of performance and durability.

Snowshoes Workshop

Our snowshoes & outdoor grears assembly workshop spans an area of 1,440 square meters and specializes in assembling snowshoes, outdoor gear, and winter products. The workshop is equipped with 2 snowshoe assembly production lines and 2 outdoor product assembly lines. With a total of 124 machines, including 48 rivet machines, and 65 skilled employees, we ensure efficient and high-quality production of winter and outdoor gears, designed to perform optimally in all conditions.

Carbon Pole Workshop

Our carbon pole workshop spans an area of 1,869 square meters and specializes in assembling high-quality carbon poles. The workshop employs 21 skilled staff members and is equipped with 24 machines, including 4 CNC tube winding machines and 3 curing ovens. We focus on precision and efficiency to ensure the production of durable, high-performance carbon poles.

Warehouse

Our finished product warehouse spans an area of 4,796.48 square meters and is managed by a dedicated team of 11 staff members. The warehouse ensures the safe and efficient storage of our high-quality products, ready for distribution.
